Question about wheels...

So I am going to sell my 20" black XD Rockstars for a different wheel. Looking at some Fuel Hostage's. I know I know... going from one popular wheel to another. I have 2 questions..

First question. Right now my rockstars are 20x8.5. The hostages only come 20x9 (atleast thats what I understand)... pardon my ignorance, but will that still work on my truck? I've got the 5 bolt pattern. I want to try and get the same or as close to the same specs as the wheels I have now. I like the way they look and want the new ones to be the same.

Second question. What trucks (all makes/models) will the rockstars work on? I am not sure if they'll work on all trucks or only some. When I type up the advertisement I want to be able to put "Will fit on...(insert truck makes here)". How do I know which trucks they'll fit on?

20x9 and 20x8.5 are very similar in size. Just a 1/2" wider. Our trucks use a 5x5.5 bolt pattern. As far as I know from recent rim research, no other trucks use that exact pattern. But that wasnt in depth research. Google is our friend though.

Ya Im fairly sure that mainly RAMs use 5x5.5 bolt pattern. People will just go out and buy some random rims, that end up not fitting. SO in the ad just make sure you put the 5x5.5 pattern, and that it'll fit all ram trucks.
Also the 20x9 rims will work, but I have no idea about tires. They may work also, just depends what size of tire you have.

All ram 1500s at least. 2500 and up use 8 lug wheels. Ram 1500 megacabs are also 8 lug i believe.

The 20x9s will only lessen the sidewall bulge that is caused by running a wide tire on a not so wide rim. The current tires on your rockstars will work.

Pretty much only the 1500 rams use 5x5.5 bolt pattern. some older fords use em but i doubt they would buy a rockstar rim anyways haha
