The Rams climate control units have not changed much in a very long time

The actuators (4 or 5) are interchangeable if i recall correctly

The blend door allows either outside air to enter the cab or close it off

note;
check for paper or plastic under the glove compartments & behind the blower motor, something may have fell out of the back of the glove compartment

I have the issue in my 2013 longhorn. Passenger has heat and more airflow. Driver is cold with little airflow. When I pull glovebox and look at actuator the white arm moves up and down when I change temp. Doesn't that take the acutator out of the picture for being the problem? Should I be looking at partially clogged core as the problem? Thanks for any help you may have to offer.
