I changed my oil and put 6qt of 5w-20, which is the recommended oil weight, however upon adding the last qt I did not notice it was OW-16. Will my engine be ok? Do I need to empty it all out and re do it again with all 5w-20

Never even heard of 0-16 weight oil. Are you sure that is right. However, even if it is, 1 quart in 6 will make no difference.

Yes it’s ow-16 full synthetic oil

Just Googled it. Guess lots of brands make it and that it is now common in the Toyota Turbo 2.5 cylinder. Can't say I am a fan of this move to ever increasingly thin oil to get .1 mpg more mileage.

Your next oil change, use 5W30 full synthetic, like Pennzoil Ultra Platinum, and a quality synthetic media oil filter, too.

Is the last quart of 0W-16 the same type of oil as the first 6 quarts?

As Dean said, likely no big deal for a single quart.

If the oil has different additives because it's a different type, that might be another concern.

Some different types of additives don't play well with others.
