Wow that is steel loaded...

The only thing I don't think will work is your routing. You came off the side of the dropped down to quickly. So you might see more drainage than I would.

Think of tilting the truck forward angles and the level of you hose. Will the oil want to run out the end or will it be forced to return the engine. My design is created around a snowmobile. Snowmobile you can roll it in any direction and never have fuel come out the vent pipe. This is achieved by taking the vent and going high and then very low. So it does matter where its ran.

well we can barely bend it around to get it where we wanted so i think itll be ok.....not to mention its safe to 2,250 PSI max on the hose (you can read max pressure in 4th pic)

Last note of concern.

Now I noticed your sig pic has snow background. How long is the hose and where is it ending at? Consider the amount of moisture that will breathe / sweat from the end of the hose will it possibly freeze shut because its too far from engine heat? Is it possible for the tube to pool water and freeze shut possibly? Just as bad as kinking the hose shut.

Another reason I typical suggest against hose because it impossible to be sure you never pool water in a low spot and possibly freeze it shut.

Some guy though it had it figured out when ran hose all the way to the rear bumper till it froze close on him...
