Radio and dash bezel changeout

Hey guys/gals. Recently was involved in a wreck involving my 2004 Ram 1500 and ended up having to replace it. I purchased a 2007 Ram 1500 4x4. I looked up the build sheet and it shows that it originally came with a RSA Sirius Satellite radio. It currently has the REF AM/FM CD radio installed. I was looking at converting it back to the RSA or upgrading it to the MyGig radio and was hoping to get some feedback/advice on the process. Any help is much appreciated.

2008 1500 Stereo upgrade

Can anyone vouch for or recommend a stereo that will both provide a well fitting easily switched faceplate for 2008 Dodge 1500 Laramie AND provide a better volume to the stock Infinity speaker setup ?

@HemiLonestar does it matter if the MyGig radio is listed as high or low speed?

If you're using the retro harness no. It has a dipswitch setting for hi/lo bus speed for the unit you're using.
