I have 2019 SLT Classic that has a squeak in the bezel area of the radio (lower portion of bezel) I had a dealer try and fix under warranty and still not resolved. I spoke with him today and he is concerned that taking it apart again will cause more issues.

The squeak occurs on rougher roads and all I need to do is press gently in the AC/heater control area and it stops. If I press in that same area while parked I can here the plastic squeak.

Questions:
1.) what problems can occur by taking apart again?
2.) any clue what to look for or how to make it stop?
3.) How hard it to remove the panel myself? Watch a video and seems straight forward.

Take it off yourself and try to tighten the screws holding in the A/C controls and the radio bezel to the A/C vent surround.

Really no problems can occur unless you’re physically ripping out of the dash and don’t disconnect any wires, it’s straight forward.

The biggest concern when removing the bezel is breaking the retaining clips that secure the bezel to the instrument panel. If you are a bull in a China shop like most inexperienced techs then there is a good chance you will make the squeaking noise worse.
If you are a common sense type of guy then you have an idea about how gentle or tough you need to be to remove the bezel. Just be easy and don't pry left or right. It comes straight out.

Like the other post said pull the bezel and check the screws that hold the HVAC Control Head in place.
