Radio issues...Dealer ordering a new radio.

My 5.1 radio has has issues for awhile. The main issue when it's on XM and i turn the truck off, the radio automatically resets to the XM preview station. Dealer did a reflash and it worked for a month or so. Just took truck back for a recall today, and had them reflash again, but this time radio shut down and wont work. So no tunes, back up camera or BT. New radio should be in Monday. I hope....
