My truck is a Ram 3500 Cummins 5.9 Long story short, let my truck sit for awhile not using it and the batteries went dead. Put in two new batteries and now the volume on the Radio doesn't work. While it was sitting I let the SiriusXM account cancel since I wasn't using the truck, is it possible they locked my radio when I stopped paying for the subscription? Radio worked fine when I parked the truck so I can't think of anything else that would have caused it to go bad.
Thanks

Doubt very much that they locked it. Try a few drive cycles and see if it clears. Mine did that last week, no volume. Worked again after re-starting it after running around. So, give that a try. Post your results..

I have driven my truck for a few hundred miles since and still volume only goes 0 or 1. I can't find any reset sequences either. Not much info on these radios

The early CAN radios aren't that sophisticated. If the subscription cancelled then it only affected your ability to tune in to sat radio. I can't remember if those are left button push to mute or push for power. I know the right button is mode. Is the volume not coming up or are you getting nothing at all?
