Radio Problems

I have a pioneer AVH-X570BHS. Truck is a 2015 ram. At first the radio cut on just fine and played. After shutting vehicle off and truning back on, I have no sound from radio, no pioneer beep nothing, radio cuts on though and I can scroll through all the menus, but no sound .If I connect up factory uconnect radio it plays fine ,and everything works. Is the internal amp in the pioneer fried? Any hep is much appreciated.

Are you using rca's for an amp? Did you swap them when the vehicle was running?

no amp and no swap while running

Get a spare speaker... any one will work.. and hook it up to one of the speaker outputs of the radio and see if it plays, if it does then it is your harness that is bad. I would guess it is probably the harness, especially if you used a Metra one.

I'm yet to see a Masetro go bad, let us know what you find. And of course always make sure the firmware is up to date on the maestro.
