Radio replaced now no backup camera

I swapped a failing radio unit (p6808869AE) with a (P68226685AC). Work great but I no longer have a back up camera. Any ideas?

Sometimes it takes a little bit for the new radio to read the vehicle and settle in. Several hours and/or power cycles.

Ok been a few weeks no luck on getting the Backup camera back. Also a few other options are missing in the settings menu. Does it need updated by a dealer?

Do you have ALPHAOBD? If not, dealer is probably your only option.

There was a recall on some 2022 radios due to software not allowing backup camera to work. Maybe your unit is impacted by that. Not sure what year your radio is from model number.

what is your radio ?
RA1 3"
RA2 5" with touch screen, could have backup camera screen either from tailgate camera on the Radio screen or on the Interior Mirror
RA3 8.4" without Nav
RA4 8.4 with Navigation

It is an RA2. 5” tailgate camera is on the touch screen
