Radio upgrade 2011

2011 3500 Laramie with alpine system. I’m wanting to upgrade but still have Nav and use my factory dvd. What are my options?

I went through this predicament when I had my 2012 1500 Laramie.

If you have the RHR radio there is no way to retain the factory microphone mirror/ bluetooth. If you have the RHB radio then you can use the idatalink maestro to retain all your current features and install a Kenwood, JVC, Pioneer, or Alpine radio. Recently Phoenix Automotive came out with a 12 inch Radio(Px6 six-core)
that is supposed to retain everything but I would verify with them that you wont need to install another microphone.
