Radio with 7” screen conflict's with dash vents on ‘01 2500

I have installed a stereo with a 7” flip up screen in my ‘01 2500. The screen conflicts with the dash vents . Is there anything out there to extend the radio away from the dash or do I have to fabricate something?

Sooooo....you want the head unit to stick out of the dash even further? And unless you set the vents to basically go sideways all the time, how much do you think moving back is going to help, especially considering how shrouded by the dahs the vents already are? How far before you hit the screen every time you shift the trans (auto or manual)?
