I will be doing a cab swap on my 2011 Ram 2500, it got damaged too extensively to try and repair it. The cab I’m using is coming off of a 2010 Ram 1500. They are both crew cab, so the same size. My question is, do you know what all is compatible? How much of the interior can I just leave in the 1500 cab? It’s just as nice if not nicer than the interior in my 2500 and I’d rather not go through the headache of switching everything over if I don’t have to. Any help would be appreciated. I couldn’t find any info or videos online about the interior compatibility. The only thing that looks mainly different is the shift lever in my 2500 is on the steering column and the shift lever in the 1500 ram is around the center console area, I would plan on switching all of that of course.

Heavy Duty Ram as far as body style goes are one year behind the 1500s

In 2009 Ram 1500 became the first year of the 4TH Generation Rams
In 2010, the Heavy Duty Rams changed to the 4th Generation body style
....................................
In 2013 Ram 1500s updated the front body, mostly the grille
In 2014 Ram Heavy Duty also made minor changes
.....................................
other changes were, in 2011 Ram 1500s switched to the ZF rear differential
in 2013 Ram 1500s added the ZF 8 speed transmission
& the damn Rotary Shift Knob
