Ram 2500 problems lol

Was doin about 60 floored it and once the engine hit 4K rpm it won’t rev higher and the engine sputters in a way if ya know what I’m saying it’s also limited to 4K rpm in every gear and is still driveable any help needed ASAP please or other things to try other than buying a Cummins lol
