I truly enjoy the Bilstein's on my Ram 2500 and was hoping to get the same for my 3500.

Being told that there are no aftermarket options, I contacted the company who has great customer service folks. Here is their answer:

We don’t currently have any shocks available for the ’19 Ram 3500 Big Horn. We are working to have products available for this application the first quarter of 2020.

We currently do not have any plans to produce rear shocks for those trucks with the factory optional rear air suspension.

Buy shocks for the 2019 2500 with air ride. The shock rebound and first 2"of travel are far superior to the 4th gen. Much better ride. Softer and dampened rebound. My opinion is shocks from a 2500 will have no effect on the capability of the 3500.

Just curious, what shocks you have on your 2500. Im looking at replacing mine, but wonder if the Bilstein 5100s are as good as they claim.

You have to be careful here as the 2500 is a coil spring setup vs a leaf spring application no telling if the shocks are the same dimensions as far and length and travel. I would think a 4th gen 3500 shock would be closer. Just a guess. You would need to get one from a 2500 and start taking measurements.
