Ram Class-Action Lawsuit Over Diesel Engine Failures

A class-action lawsuit has been filed in New Jersey alleging that oil pressure during warm-up in Ram 5500 Chassis Cabs with Cummins diesel engines causes engine failures.

These class action lawsuits go no where and just make the lawyers rich. There is already a recall to fix the issue so it's dead in the water at this point.
