Ram Projectors in a 2012 1500

I have recently purchased a set of factory 13+ projectors and need to get them into my 2012.

I have found the '13 projector harness here, '13 Projector Adapter,
but this seems a bit expensive to me.

Has anyone had some luck with a cheaper option?

There is no cheaper option.

Buy the adapters. I made my own before these were available and I probably spent $300 to do it getting the parts from the VW dealer. JJ's harness is the cheapest option around and works great.
