Just wanted to let anyone know that RamCares (Kaitlin) helped me obtain the replacement drag link for my 2018 Ram 2500 Limited. I originally sent a pm to her and she asked for all the necessary info. She then informed me that the request was forwarded to case manager. About a month after that, I had a voice mail message on my phone.
The person stated that I was approved for the replacement drag link. FCA would contact and forward the part to the dealer I wanted to use. Got the call from my dealer, and had the appointment yesterday. New link was installed.
Interesting though, the replacement is the same part number from the VO-6 recall.
So for all you doubters, ( I was one ) that RamCares wouldn’t ever be able to help, I’m here to say, they can be a good way to get satisfaction.
Kudos to her for the help.
