I wanted to give you guys a little information about Rancho and their customer service. I purchased their Quick Lift system to level the front of my truck with the thinking that this would be easier to perform then the Bilsten install and having to compress the springs. I ended up having my suspension shop install the units due to time constraints I was up against with work. Upon arrival to pick-up my truck I noticed it still had a noticable rake. Measurements of 39 1/2" front and 40 1/2" rear. I called Rancho about the issue and they agreed that the Quick Lift did not provide the specified lift as designed.

They gave me two options. 1st I could take my stock springs and install them on their strut system as they could not confirm if the stock springs were stronger then their replacement spring. You would think that a company that had done the engineering would have this information. 2nd they said I could return the units for a full refund plus up to $100 to cover the labor for the install. I thought that was fair even though I was going to be out some money.

I forwarded my receipt for the labor over the weekend and wasinformed that Rancho would not be covering any labor as I didn't have a four corner install. Well F#*% that crap. I am glad I didn't install their crappy products on all four corners. I even offered to bring my truck to them since they are located an hour southeast from my house but they didn't want any part of that.

PLEASE DO NOT USE RANCHO PRODUCTS ON YOUR TRUCK OR YOU MAY REGRET IT!

THAT blows! What these morons need to remember is the internet is a tool many use to praise or vilify a seller or manufacturer.

Sucks But Surely you Didn't need them to fix a 1" Rake. To Bad you had to Undo/Redo Fasteners on a relitively new Truck. I do like their Shocks though. Thanks for letting everyone Know not to buy anything Lift Related from them (Shocks aside) and for treating you Like that hopefully they loose the Business they deserve it and learn not to Frig around with a Ram Owner who is on here cause like Chewy says its a small world. Hope you don't get discouraged and find a kit/company that will back their product with 100% Customer satisfaction.

Thanks for the input, I wouldn't buy anything from them with that kind of customer service. I'd also agree that a 1" rake is acceptable. From the research I put in, no one is getting a completely level truck with anything but the Billstein shocks, and even in some pictures it appears that there is some rake. So just be prepared that the rake will be there no matter what you buy. These Rams don't level like Chevys.

So the Rancho crap is coming out and being replaced by the Bilsteins. I should have done that originally. I thought it would be easier with the springs already mounted. The only thing easier was deciding to get those pieces of crap out of there.

So all is finally well in the world again. The Crapchos are out and the Bilsteins are in maxed at 2.8. I love the leveled look and it has minimized the rubbing of the new Duratracs. Time for me to follow the route of other members and add the 3" PA Accessories body lift.It will give me enough lift and I will still be able to park it in my garage, well just barely anyways. I wish I had the unlimited expenses and taller garages for more, more, more. But with Geroge W. pushing gas up over $4 a gallon here shortly I have lost all the mpg's I can afford. Besides I have the biggest Duratracs Goodyear makes now. Now to move on to additional adds. I can just put it on the old credit card, its like free money anyways isn't it????? Maybe Bawaba will let me declare bankruptcy to clear all my debt as it stands. :happy175::happy175:

Wow thanks for the heads up, im trying to figure out what i want to do, either Rancho, Bilsteins or a leveling kit. really i want to put some bigger tires on. But how was the ride with either of them, other than the rake did you notice anything else?

I had the Rancho's on for about three weeks. They rode fine and I had hoped that they would be the answer. I wanted my truck more level though. I didn't want to have to do the springs originally. I rented a tool though and getting them switched to the Bilsteins wasn't that bad. I did get the assistance of my brother in law and his heated garage and big compressor.

I love the Bilsteins. I thought the ride might be worse with the springs compressed but it rides fine. I have mine maxed at 2.8 and will be ordering a 3" PA body lift for my birthday. I think the addition clearance will make the Duratracs happier.

Been following the Yo Naz lift thread and the additional 3 will still allow it to fit in the garage but just barely with my set-up.
