I've had an issue for a little while now. When my A/C or heat is on my pulleys rattle something awful and it's been bugging me. It doesn't happen when the heat is on or driving but sitting still with heat on it does it.
Anyone got any ideas what's doing this?

Anyways, take off the serpentine belt and inspect for cracks or glaze. Also at napa sometimes they give away little belt depth gauges if you want to check if its used. Replace if it fails one of these tests.
Next inspect the pulleys for loose in the bearing and/or grinding noise when spun.
Also if the ac compressor is shot inside it will make a racket.
Does the ac blow cold?

Yeah AC works fine just the rattling and I'll have to check the belt when I get a chance like you said.
