Re-gearing needed?

One reason I went with a 2wd, I only had to regear the rear from 3.21s to 4.88s to enjoy these 37s on my 2018 1500 ...

At first I was like , eh the 3.21s with the 37s are fine ..... but then actually seeing how she started to gear hunt up some average hills I was like nope I need to regear .... Now 8th gear going up a good grade highway ...

But now I enjoy driving my truck even more lol ... the 4.88s just go well together with the 37s, fun driving around town and having a Carven Competitor series adds even more to the fun lol ...

I have to wonder if that's a lack of copy-n-paste as those are the gear ratios for the 8HP70. The 8HP75 has a wider gear ratio spread from 1st through 8th, the 4.71 first wouldn't contribute to that.

Yes, Ram’s 8HP75 uses the same gear ratio’s as the 8HP70

ZF does offer the 8HP75 with a different, lower set of ratios (5.0:1 first gear), but FCA/Stellanis does not use that version

If you asked me, I payed $850 out the door, that included the change of fluid after the break in period ...
