I must add though. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from autoanything.com. and I think they are awesome!

Last time I just called em up, because I needed a truck tent. This was on a wednesday. Needed the tent by friday for the camping trip. The guy found it cheaper elsewhere, beat that price for me. Then covered the 2 day shipping for me just because he wanted me to enjoy the trip.

Also had other great experiences with them.

I’ve ordered bunch of stuff through them too. As a matter of fact, they’ve been great, other than harder’n hell to get ahold of right now which is to be expected. I ordered my new tonneau cover through them and yeah, they were a little off on how long it’d take to get me my order and even though I had to refuse the damn thing since one of the two shipping companies that handled it looked like they drug the damn big behind the truck but they must’a done something because it sure was awful quick getting my replacement shipped out. I’ll find out Friday if they did a much better job packaging it and if the shipping companies treated my package with a little more respect.

Realtruck knows what's going on [emoji1787]. Just got a email from my so-called customer loyalty specialist stating they were going to have to cancel my order due to unforeseen issues with what I ordered. Emailed them back and politely informed them thanks for the so-called update but after waiting essentially a work shift on hold 6 days ago I canceled my order after a month of no replies with an update.

I ordered a bed mat from them last week and today they contacted me and said it was on backorder with no eta and gave me the option of waiting for it to be stocked or a full refund. I took the refund but at least I didn’t have to go through all the headache.

Most companies simply do not have enough employees for times like these. Every company that I am aware of is short handed. Hiring a temp for this volume increase doesn't work because by the time a temp is trained and functioning, this crisis could be over.

Most folks do not understand the places like Real Truck, E-trailer and such do not have the advertised stock in their warehouse. They ship directly from the manufacturer in many instances. It is called "just in time" supply. That also means there is less inventory sitting in warehouses. Do not foget that supplies from China were also disrupted.

Most manufacturers do not have the staff to notify their customers about delays because they are a manufacturer, with a small accounting staff. Most companies are adjusting "standard operating procedures" and finding what works and what doesn't.

Too many Americans have never been any place where whatever they wanted was not located in the first or second store. Too many are scared and panicking now.

as with just about any vendor out there, they drop ship from the manufacture. just like MOEs does. ive had custom stairs on order since june 6. come to find out they're in canada and have problems shipping across the border. am i mad no little upset but im not going to go and bash a company on forums when we're in the situation we're in. theres a very reputable vendor on here that seems to not answer emails, could i bash them,sure but i just chose to take my money elsewhere and order from summit, had the ATI dampner out in 2 days to my door

Oh yeahhhhh. That square, black label bottle has caused some fights in my lifetime. I finally put it down. Now I take Rx stuff that damn near has the same effect on me. Maybe it's me. LOL.

Ordered a bed mat back in Sept. never got a confirmation on shipping for over a month. Repeated attempts to contact them. No response. Filed a claim thru the Florida Att General. Finally got a response and refund. Dont do business with this company!!
