rear axie shudder

Anyone have this trouble, and hopefully a cure. While driving my 2000 ram 1500 4x4 down the highway at say 50 mph I take my foot off the gas to coast the rear axle will start to shudder. It does not do it all the time and when I get back on the throttle it goes away.
