Rear bench armrest

Hello All,
My 2017 Express has a rear bench without an armrest.
Any suggestions on adding one?
Have you used any after-market that you like?

You'd probably have to buy a whole new seat from a higher-trim model. Then, the rear seat covers won't match the front.
