Is there a specific rear brake cylinder for 4x4 or is it universal?

If you want more braking power, you can get one for your year truck, only in a GMC 3500. It's a larger bore but essentially drop in as long as you do both sides. Really perks up the rear brakes from what I've heard.

Anyone else tried this?
