i would imagine, if you dont put a temp sensor in you could always put a plug in the hole where the sensor goes in.

Absolutely. The cover comes with a plug for the guys that dont have a temp sensor to put in there.

Either cover will looks and work great. The only real difference between the 2 is that the Mag Hytec comes with the **** for a temp sensor, and it even has an oil dipstick in the top to make checking fluid levels extremely fast and easy.
