So tracked a bad 60mph+ vibration from the front end to the rear end. Can only feel the vibration in the seat and nothing in the wheel. All tires are balanced correctly, but still having issues. I do have stock shocks in the rear now after swapping out the ones I put on, and even after taking out the spacer and putting the stock shock on its still there. Would replacement 5100's in the rear solve the vibration issue? Thanks RF :)

It might be a drive line vibration. Try dropping them to 2.1

Crawl under the truck and visually inspect the u-joints for any damage and grab the driveshaft and try moving/wiggling it around and see if you can see any play in the u-joints. Usually, if you only feel vibration in the seat and not in the wheel, u-joints are suspect. Seems kind of odd for a 2013 but not impossible.

Will do. should be covered under warranty, so if it is the issue ill only be out the $100 for the deductible.

I have a 2013 1500 Express with a similar bad vibration issue (Cooper tires with a little over 10,000 miles). Tire shop "balanced? and rotated the tires and the issue was worse. Took it back to them and explained vibration from seat starting around 65 mph and up. They re-balanced and said they found it one was off quite a bit - must have thrown the weight. Vibration is a little less, but still bad. Taking it back again this afternoon. If that doesn't work, I'm going to try a shop with "force balance" equipment. At least the force balance should either absolve or incriminate the tires.

vibration

watched your video. How fast were you going? vibration "looked" to be very slow for a driveshaft.
To check the shafts, be on a hard flat surface , put chocks close ( 2" )on each side of a wheel so as not to get rolled upon, shift the trans "with vehicle not running" into neutral, and then turn the drive shaft in both directions. you should not see or feel and slack in the joints when doing this. Could also be front drive shaft cv joint to a wheel?? Again, usually will be a very fast vibration if anything drive shaft related. Hope your warranty can help also. Am sure that your dealer service advisor would give you assistance in finding the problem. Good luck.

There is a scientific theory / calculation of 'Harmonic Vibration' at 64 mph. My bet is your ~60mph is accurate and your speedo might be a little slow due to the 35" tires (?)

I am thinking pinion angle. Your Top Gun spacer being the cuprit.

For example if your truck is sitting at stock height. Your rear axle and pinion are at a fixed angle in relation to your drive shaft, then to the tail shaft of your transmission. These angles have to cancel each other out or you'll feel this vibration.

Imagine two kids holding a jump rope. They swing the jump rope around but their arms are not the same length and/or angle. That rope has to adjust for the arc of the turn rather than just spinning freely. In other words its the same distance from horizontal through the lower arc than it is from horizontal to through the upper arc of one full rotation. As the shaft spins this 'hum' is because of the angle.

Take a look at the picure below then run out and look at the pinion angle in relation to the TC and tail shaft of the transmission.

The pinion angle of your axle tube still sitting at the stock location, is now slightly different because the spacer pushed the tail end of the truck UP and changed the angle. You'll need some pinion shims to correct the problem. Id start with 2 degree, maybe 3 degree.

My truck has a vibration issue at highways speeds too. I've got the 6.4 hemi 2500, coil link suspension all around. Seat vibrates bad, bed almost feels like it wants to start hopping sometimes. Did it before and after I put my coopers on. And now my truck has thrown a service tire pressure system on the right rear tire. Idk if the problems are related but thought id throw that in.

Thanks for the help. This is without the TGC spacer. Stock rear end with nothing changed. Seem to get a tad better, but not 100% vibration free like before the bilsteins and new rims and tires. Going to see what the dealer says, but at least I found out after taking the whole front end apart that my front bumper was squeaking and not the suspension-_-

bought a 2014 last week and I'm having vibration trouble's too. It came with aftermarket rims with centennial ground hog's.
Tires have been balanced 3 times now and still has a very noticable vibration
