I have a 09 1500 cc 4x4. Bils on frt, set at 2.1. Rear has air lift 1000s. With 20lbs in bags, sits nice an tows my trailer well. However rides real stiff w/ no load or trailer. If I drop air to 10psi rides better w/ no load, but sits low. What if I go to 1in coil spacers and maintain bags w/ 10psi. Any thoughts helpful and appreciated.

I would let all of the air out of the bags. I do that with mine, no issue

Your coils are almost old enough to drive themselves…I’d replace them before I’d add a spacer. This may solve your problem instead of making it worse.

Are you saying the rear of the truck drops lower than the front unloaded with on 10 psi in the bags? If so you probably need new springs.

As for unloaded with airbags, run the minimum 3-5 psi, it shouldn't effect the ride.

frt end set at 2.1. I'm going to replace rear coils w/ 35% heavier units or 1.5 lift bilsteins B-12. I think stock replacement springs might be a bad idea ! Any ideas welcome. Thanx
