Rear shackle

Hi I have a 1997 dodge ram and I am trying to remove the rear shackle we could not get it to budge so we cut the nut off and now when we turn the bolt it just sits inside the bottom bushing and spins. Bolt will not come out and I am sure we cut off all the tread with the nut any ideas on how to get the bolt out

How about using a punch and drive it out?

Soak the area with a good lubricant, then use a punch that fits the diameter of the hole and knock it out using a hammer. You could even use the same diameter bolt as a punch. Shackle bolts are always a PITA.
