Installed the Bilstein 5100's at 2.8" and added a rear 1.5" spacer. Alignment guy says the rear is off center. Do i need to install an adjustable track bar? That way i can bring the rear back to center.

I change my 1.5” spacers to 2.5” Shifted over 1/4 3/8 more to passengers side if I had to guess he’s probably about 1/2Measure yourself with a tape and see how much difference you have side to side. You shouldn't have much with just 1.5" rear lift.
Is it off enough that you can see it, or just that you can find it if taking time to measure? I have a 1.5” spacer in the rear and while I know it has to have thrown it off a little, it’s not enough to notice so I’m not worried about it. A small variance of 1/4 to 1/2” won’t hurt anything, so it’s only worth addressing if it bothers you. I don’t usually mess with track bars until I’m getting into lifts of 3” or higher, which is when it gets really noticeable.Installed the Bilstein 5100's at 2.8" and added a rear 1.5" spacer. My 1.5" lift in the rear shifted .6". I couldn't tell by eye; but once I measured it, it could see it every time I looked at the back of the truck, lol. I had to readjust the the Core track bar and get it centered.Measure yourself with a tape and see how much difference you have side to side. You shouldn't have much with just 1.5" rear lift.
