Rear view mirror/monitor

I am looking into replacing my rear view mirror with one that includes a video monitor so I can connect a back-up camera to it. Does anyone know how the mirror comes off of its mount on the windshield. I have a 2013 RAM 1500 express. Also anyone have suggestions on a good quality rear view mirror/monitor.

Take a look at my other posting on how to remove a rear view mirror. I found out how to remove the mirror (twist off- twist on) but also that because of the uniquie design, you will have to find a mirror that comes with that style base. Brandmotion mirros for the Ford Escape looks like it would work.
