Reassign Steering wheel buttons

I have a 2017 1500 Lonestar. Is there a way that the steering wheel buttons can be reassigned? more specifically the buttons on the back of the steering wheel that change the stations, input , and volume.

No, but you can pop them out and flip them upsidedown without unplugging them (only the back of wheel buttons).
