Recall on front bumper?

Has anyone heard of a recall on the 09-10 chrome bumper for corrosion problems? An autobody shop in town mentioned it and I thought I'd ask.

Mines in bad shape and I'm planning on getting it sandblasted and then powder coated.

Can anyone point me in the direction of removing the front bumper? It's not a sport.

I'm trying to take the bumper off.. I see 3 nuts on each side of the frame underneath.. would that be it?

no sorry, though I am in the same boat. Mines not chrome but its nasty looking and in dire need of replacement. Im going to just buy a new one - estimated its less money.
