I've been reading up on these Dash Gauges and I have seen tons of pictures of blue gauge lights. Are there any pics of anyone who has completed the red dash? I know there was a lot of guys that wanted to do red, I just haven't seen anyone that has it completed. I'm wanting the gauge lights, odometer, trans position, and the over head console. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I never started into the actual gauges before I sold the truck, but I did do my window switches all around and my rear window switch. A reason a lot of people do blue is because they say there's a blue film over the gauges. But from what I saw, it was always a yellow bulb with a blue cap to make it green. And can be swapped to red with a little more patience/work.

Yeah, I would like to do all of the interior lights red and I also want to get a black gauge face. I know blackcatcustoms sells them, I just haven't seen anyone with one.

I don't think you'll find anyone either. I came pretty close, but ended up trading in before I bought all the stuff. The gauge swap should be relatively easy once you get the right bulbs. The window switches on the other hand are a huge PITA and hope you know a little bit about soldering!

I know for a fact the window switches and HVAC cluster can be swapped as they just have white covers. The gauges (especially with a new gauge face), should be doable. The only thing I wonder about is the overhead and the odometer and PRND1

Yeah, I know a good bit about it. My dad had my building circuit boards when I was 8, so I've had some experience. lol

Then you'll be fine once you get down to the light. The hardest part for me was taking it apart. Lol. It's a giant pain all around, but looks cool when done.

Yep I did mine in red but I regret making the overhead console red because it is nearly impossible to see during the day!

Because you can't change the coloring of the display with bulbs only the button lettering, for the display you have to slide in a red film or red lense. And these are my gauges

Again, you can't change the lettering of the odometer and the gears unless you use film or a lense and when you add those, it makes it so dark you can't see what gear you are in during the day. Same for the overhead console, I left the gears and the odometer so that I could see them during te day but I can barely see my overhead console with the glare on it

How did you get your dash needles to glow that well? Other led dashes ive seen the needles don't glow anywhere as good as yours.

Sorry for the late reply! But I did nothing to the needles!
