i just got a 2020 ram 1500 with the 5.7, i have looks absolutely everywhere for answers and they are all different, this Video was taken after an hour and a half drive still warm, any ideas to what it could be?

I hear a LOT of exhaust noise, thus I would be leaning to manifold leak (which would be good news for you).

Here is a link to a recent post of mine on what seems to be the same issue...

There are heavy-duty aftermarket manifolds available which can solve the "Hemi tick" problem.
