Regulator issue

Hi guys so my 2011 Ram 1500 ST is having an issue with the drivers window and let me tell the story to start off.
one day i was driving and lowered my window. but as I try to raise the window it wouldnt move and at first I could only mess with the rear windows. I eventually manually raised my window after removing the motor and lifting the window while holding up the window I had my father in law screw the motor back in place. but now I can control everything except my window.
when i try to roll my window down now it only comes down a crack and stops but I can raise it all the way back up. so after calling a parts store online they told me since i can roll my window down a bit its not the switch or motor but it is the Regulator. does anyone have any thoughts on this and if this is correct are there any sellers here that have this part if that is what I need???

Hey. I recently also had a problem with my 2013 Ram passenger side window regulator. On a very cold day my window was frozen into the up position. When I tired to roll it down it would only move a little, then wouldn't go back up, then would go up but not down again and so on until I heard a bunch of crunching like there was either ice or broken glass in my door. I took it all apart to find that the track that the glass slides up and down on had broken off of the panel it is supposed to be mounted to. This caused the cabling (that's attached to the motor and controls the up and down movement) to detach from the pulleys, and then separate completely from the glass mounts.

Unfortunately the tracks are permanently mounted to the interior plastic door panel, and this entire plastic panel is called the window regulator module. I found prices on dealer websites ranging from $300 - $400 for the panel. But I found a used one, with the motor, on Car-Part.com for $150 shipped. Definitely check out Car-Part.com if you need to replace the regulator module panel.
