Hey guys I've been following some of the LED light installs and need advice. I want to get into the wiring harness underneath the driver side. How do I remove the trim without breaking anything? I know it's held on by clips. Do I just pull it up. Or is there a tutorial somewhere. Just wanted advice before I go damaging a new truck lol..... Also more information I have a 2014 Ram 2500 with 6.4. Trim is basic I think they call it an express.

I know this guy is installing a remote start kit but it shows how to pop off the bottom panel underneath the steering wheel. Also, I installed led strips in my 1500 and had to find a ground under there and figured out that you could slide the ring connector behind the plastic trim against the metal and put the screw back in once done and it worked. Are you putting leds in the cab or on the outside of the truck?

First, spend $15 on an auto trim removal/tool kit from the auto parts store. It's a set of four to five rigid plastic tools that allow you to be forceful on trim without marring it.
