Retrax tonnuea cover issue

I got this retrax tonnuea cover top of the line. Pulled the cover ahead to tailgate the whole top in the middle scratches the plastic almost all the way down 2 long lines. I’m pissed right off cause it’s a $1700 cover. Tried using polishing out not a chance. Anyone else have this issue with these types of tonnuea covers.

No issues with mine. Had it for two years. Did you call the company?
