Are the 2012 headlights the same fit as 2013. I would like to upgrade to HID

The 2012 and 2013 quad lights are VERY similar. There are some slight differences inside the light.....but the outside and connectors look identical.

The 2013 with projectors, totally different.

As for HIDs, are you looking at drop in kits? I have those for any Ram.

2013+ Dodge Ram HIDs - for BiHalogen Projector lights

If we want to get really wild.......I have (in the works.....for too damn long now) some brackets that will allow me to fully pull out that POS stock halogen projector and replace it with a REAL hid projector. I was hoping to have these back about 2 weeks ago, as I have the itch to get mine customized and on my truck!

Obviously the projector swap will be more $$, and I don't even have a total cost on it yet - as the brackets are not made at this time. But........options!

thanks, JJ, 2012 model year probably about the same price. My wife hit a deer and I need to replace the headlight and front clip. I am taking it for estimates today to see what they quote. How long on the turnaround for the headlight? My deductible is $500.00 so if I get the headlight fixed myself that should take car of the deductible. I will be in touch.
