I sealed these back up this past weekend, and I installed them Monday night. i decided to get a few pics for you guys.... I have 6000K Morimoto HID bulbs in these. The cutoff line is awesome, and they turned out great. I am very pleased with the outcome and the resulting look of the truck will the whole light black, with the exception of the high beam part. Love it.

I used Morimoto Minis for the projectors. Here is the original build thread.... Projector Build

I'm thinking about doing the fogs next!

Cost? Brand? Where did you buy? Did you install yourself? Difficulty?

I did them myself. I had the headlights, sanded and painted them.

The Morimoto units are about $100. The bulbs were $25. I already had HIDs so I had the ballasts etc.... just needed new H1 bulbs.

Doing it myself, it was less than $200.

Now the fog lights stick out like sore thumbs!! LMAO!!!

I need to do something to those quick!! Maybe I'll do some Lamin-x for the time being.......

Need to get some cash together and get started on the fog light conversion.

Looks awesome bud. I have the same issue with my fog lights lol. I do have the Lamin-x but after awhile it turns color and makes my 5000k fogs look yellowish like a stock halogen bulb. So I need to do something about that.

Very clean and professional looking install man. Again, good job

Does look great! I'm impressed with it.

I wouldn't go black on your fogs, painted to match the silver would be trick though!

Funny you say that. ... I was thinking about that exact same thing. Color matched to gray.....

What is that paint that is almost an exact match to mineral gray??

I'll never tell!! Muuahahaha!
I think I still have the rattle can, I'll look.

I think you'd be better off going with factory paint honestly.

I'd like to know too, WhiteExpress...

Looks great! i CANT WAIT to do this with mine. Top of the list to get done.

And i need to find matchbox projectors so i can do my fogs at the same time. Plan on paint both fogs and quads in mineral gray-look-alike color.

What are matchbox projectors? The Morimoto Minis fit in the fogs as well!

Found them.... about 1/2 the size of the Minis.... but what about the light output?
