So I am looking for a set of heated/power towing mirrors, and I have come across a unsual pattern. I have found that the Left hand side mirror is almost always cheaper than the right hand side. Anyone know why this is?

they probably do that to make it appealing to the consumer, then smack them in the face when they see the other mirror cost.

That is a good question. I got mine as a pair didnt even think to look at singles. Very interesting.

The whole reason I noticed is because I was looking on RockAuto, and they only sell them individually, and not as a pair.

When you buy tow mirrors, do yourself and find a good pair of OEM's. I thought I was going the easy route the first go around and went with an aftermarket set. It wasn't worth it, they're cheaply made.

Right side is magnified and the left isn't
I don't see it costing much more to make but it's an idea

That is weird! Mine were also bought as a set but it would be interesting to know why the small difference!

I'm thinking its because the passanger side mirror is more prone to get hit or broke...so they jacked the price up because they know you'll have to replace it
