Why only with rear?

Because it only take a few minutes to change those out and you should be able to tell if they help, hurt, do nothing.

20's with the stock size tire will help the handling of the truck without a doubt.
I don't think it will help bouncing much, maybe a little bit, but it will make the ride a bit firmer also - which is what you were trying to get rid of originally.
