I'm betting you'll get by with a level, but a -44 is a big hang out and the outer front and outer back of the front tires will rub the back side of the fender and the bumper. Defiantly will rub without some sort of lift.
That would be way better seeing that these wheels are a 0 offset.
These wheels will stick out roughly 1-3/4" less than the -44 wheels. Can't say for sure if they will rub or not. Sometimes it's just a go fir it and see thing.
The 0 offset is a better choice and with the torsion leveling keys turned up you shouldn't have a rubbing problem. I have a 0 offset wheel, but... i went from a factory 20" to an 18" because I didn't wanna pay the 20" tire premium. If you have the control arm that's pictured below then you can get a 12.50 tire on there and with the torsion keys you won't have any rubbing with a 33/12.50.
