Im going to lift the front 3" and the rear 2". I am going to put 35" tires on but not sure of the rim offset.

which ever "wheel" you choose.. it's really up to you.
The look you are after?
Wide stance? (gonna require some trimming)

or stick with a factory offset to keep them tires tucked.

Negative offset sticks out
positive offset tucks in.

A lot of different wheel options come with different offsets... So like 07MegaCabRam said, it all depends on what kind of look you want? Do you want a more aggressive, wider stance? Or are you wanting to stick with a factory look?

A +1 with 12.5 wide would prolly get your tires to stick out .75 to an inch. I've got a 11 wide on a 34 stock suspension and no trimming. There are a lot of examples in the mega bilstein thread that has a lot of info that can help. Lot of those trucks are lifted 2.8. Also there's a lifted thread too that you can find lots of examples.

9" wide wheel get 0mm offset, 10" wide get -12mm if you can. Also try and find a wheel that's hubcentric approx 78mm hub bore

Completley off topic but those tails look really good on your truck.
