Hey

Can you tell the ring gear size on a dodge ram 1500 (2008) hemi 5.7 without tearing it apart? 10.5 or 9.25?
Wondering because Im looking for rear wheel bearings.

Thanks

Do a VIN decoder for your vehicle and it will tell you exactly what it left the factory with

All 1500's/half tons from 1972 to 2008 used the same basic leaf spring 9¼ rear (slight variations over the years). The 9¼ continued into the 4th gen run for a bit with coil springs until replaced with the ZF axle. I had a factory installed 9¼ rear in a 1974 Monaco that lived behind a mildly built 440.
