Rough Country Smooth Fender Flare on non metal bumper?

Anyone running the Rough Country Smooth Fender Flare (Without rivets) on a non metal bumper Ram? RC states it doesnt fit, but I cant see how. All other fender flares run the same fender for plastic or metal bumper. Any help would be great.

Or any pics of smooth non riveted fender flare alternative brands

RC followed up, Yes the smooth fender flare fits on all Rams, regardless of metal bumper. Even though it specifically says it does not. It will just stop where the metal bumper would be. No attachment point differences.
