Rough idle fixed?

Sooo...my truck now and again would kinda idle rough...wasn't nearly like it used to be.....so I started with plugs and found that it still had the original factory champion plugs and were wore the **** out....so i replaced them with the auto lights and so far what a difference.... Idles just as smooth as it used to..

Mine had about .130/.150 gap when I replaced them. Spark had to get a running start to jump.

Now that I've been able to put a few miles on it since the plugs I think I'm going to do coils to...although it is ALOT smoother I think it can be better

I wouldn't bet on coils changing anything. They are usually good or bad no in between. Cleaning throttle body, cleaning injectors, might help if everything else is OK
