My truck started idling rough and wouldnt rev to over 1500 rpms. I put a obd2 code reader on it and got a list of codes

Test the sensors and check your timing maybe it slid out of loop

Check your battery/charging system as well. If you're battery is hosed (bad cell or just dead) it will fugger up the ECM and throw a bunch of codes.
