RPM Problems

I have an 02 Dodge Ram 4.7 it has a 108000 miles on it, she has ran great till now. My truck rpms go up and down when i idle and the rpms go up for no reason while i drive no matter what speed i am traveling. I have clean the throttle body and had a fuel system cleaner ran throughout, as well i have replaced idle air control motor. I have used my superchip to reset everything but nothing as helped. I have no clue what to do please help.

what did you do to fix it? clean or replace?

probably replace. i dont think cleaning it would be much help, but you could at least try. i had this problem and just replaced mine, it was only $30
