Rusted Tonneau Cover Screw - replacement suggestions

On either side of the cover, their are 2 rusted screw - likely the wrong type. What would you recommend I replace with? Would like black, would a black galvanized screw be the obvious choice?

Maybe Fastenal? You definitely want stainless if not already coated. You could just paint replacement screw with black touch up paint.
